Manufacturing Process
Our precision parts are manufactured through a blend of advanced CNC machining, turning, milling, grinding, and drilling techniques, guided by detailed customer specifications or 3D designs. Our partner facilities hold ISO certifications and are equipped to manage complex components featuring intricate shapes, threads, or surface finishes.
- CNC Turning – Perfect for cylindrical parts like bushings, shafts, and sleeves
- VMC Milling – Multi-axis milling suitable for creating slots, pockets, profiles, and housings
- Grinding – Precision surface and cylindrical grinding for tighter tolerances

Each process follows a strict quality protocol using calibrated instruments, tool wear monitoring and in-process inspection to ensure dimensional and material accuracy.
Tolerances & Materials
- Dimensional Tolerance: Ranges up to ±5 microns depending on the specific feature
- Surface Finish: Minimum of Ra 0.2
- Concentricity & Runout: Typically between 0.01 and 0.03 mm
- Material Grades: Stainless steel (SS304, SS316), brass, aluminum, mild steel, alloy steels, tool steel, copper, titanium, and a variety of engineering plastics (Delrin, PTFE).
- All components come with Material Test Certificates (MTC), dimensional reports, and optional ROHS/REACH compliance according to customer specifications.
